Currently we are looking for a suitable individual to join us on the position of E-commerce Manager CE, with the responsibility for B2B and B2C business. Position is based in Czech Republic, Prague. You will manage and further develop digital presence for 3 countries in CE region (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary).

Together we can…
  • Execute digital marketing & eCommerce strategies with focus on social media and content marketing plans across CE countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary) towards B2C and B2B consumers
  • Support marketing and sales team with digital capabilities and campaigns coordination
  • Supervise digital always-on activities such as: SEO, SEA, newsletters, performance marketing, lead generation, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Support eTailers with eCommerce tools & in-platform sales conversion campaigns
  • Lead management process set up and monitoring with local organization (including SFDC, Eloqua)
  • Develop top notch social selling programs for best sellers in the organization
  • Be responsible for digital budget spending’s and reporting across CE
  • Be responsible for B2C and B2B websites development and user experience improvement, but as well for the digital content localization
  • Cooperate with Eastern Europe digital and global digital teams

You are…

Open minded, curious and innovative and aligned with our company values and aims and you bring the following experiences and competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related discipline, or proven experience in similar Digital/eCommerce roles
  • Fluent Czech and English (both verbal and written) is a must
  • Hands-on attitude, independent role without dedicated team (you will be part of Eastern Europe digital team)
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing field
  • Digital campaign management track record, including campaign optimization
  • Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns
  • Good knowledge of local e-commerce landscape (main players overview for Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary) is a must
  • Experience in planning and evaluation of in-platform campaigns
  • Good understanding of basic sales KPIs (unique visitors, conversion rate, basket value, repeat purchase) and ecommerce trade tools (mailings, traffic generators, in store positioning, taxonomy and search words optimization)
  • Strong B2C marketing knowledge, B2B experience will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with SFDC, Eloqua and Omniture systems will be an advantage
  • Excellence communication skills
  • Flexible team player and self-motivated.
